Our factory has specialized in valve research, design and manufacture since nearly 40 years ago, currently located in sophisticated pump & valve manufcture center, covering an area of over 20 acres, with a construction area of 187 million square meters. Among 159 employees, we have 20 senior engineers and 15 professional technical personnel. The factory has excellent production equipment, complete testing and quality control methods and machines to ensure quality products.The annual mechinery production capacity is about 12000 tons.
Our wide range of products can include types of valves, e.g. gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, drain valves, control valves, extraction check valves, power station valves, insulation valves, supercritical valves F91/F92, as well as slurry valves and discharge valves used in the alumina industry and other mining and refinery industries, molten salt valves for photothermal power plant, and special valves for Petroleum and Chemical industry…… all of which can be various of materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy, dual phase steel, etc. The valve specifications include a nominal diameter of 6~2000mm, a nominal pressure of 1.0~76.0MPa, and a working temperature of -40~750 ℃, and can meet both domestic and foreign standards such as GB, API, ANSI, BS, DIN, NF, JIS, JPI, etc, and also customized non-standard.
Our factory has been certified by China TS, America API, other certificates are also with us, which are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. And quite many patents have been with us too.
Our products have been widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, power, refineries, petroleum, chemical and papermaking, product quality is highly favored by users.
